Welcome to Our Camp Flight Reservation Page!

We have partnered with Atlas Travel to arrange ALL air travel to camp. Dianne Doucette will be your personal air-concierge arranging flights, seats and is your go-to-resource when things change (because they will). Dianne will keep you apprised of any changing flight numbers & departure times. It is imperative that ALL air travel is booked through Dianne as her relationship with airlines assists with Unaccompanied Minor and Airline Assist flights where our staff need a gate pass to meet your daughter at the gate.

Getting Started

The first step is to provide us with your camper’s information (please enter their name, not the parent’s). After that, you’ll see flight details and pricing on the next pages.

How to Register

Click the Book Flight button to register for flights. If you have more than one child, you can use the same registration by selecting the Add Guest/Sibling option—even if they’re attending different camps, we can handle it!

Why Book With Atlas Travel?

We strongly encourage booking through our group flights. This ensures:
 Campers sit together, along with camp chaperones.
 Better airline support in case of weather disruptions or cancellations.
 A smoother and more coordinated travel experience.

Important: Airlines require us to release unnamed seats 90 days before departure (around April). Please keep this in mind when making your plans!

Changes & Special Requests

• Changing flights: A $50 fee per child applies for switching to a different group flight, plus any fare differences. All change requests must be submitted in writing.
• Additional help: If you need assistance with something not listed, please use the Contact link and mention your camp name in your request.
• Traveling alone? We can help! If your child is flying solo and not on a group flight, you may need to pay the airline’s Unaccompanied Minor fee (typically around $150 each way) and provide drop-off and pickup details.
