Fernwood Cove’s enrollment process beings by requesting an Enrollment Form. Please contact our Office Manager, Noel –  noel@fernwoodcove.com to request an Enrollment Form for your daughter(s).  Once you have received this, directions will be sent via email to establish a Parent Account. You will be able to submit an enrollment form, make a deposit payment, access camp forms and mailings and update your personal information. The fastest way to complete your Enrollment Form is online –  it is both secure and easy.

Acceptance Policy

Enrollment Forms are processed in the order in which they are received. Although there is no final deadline for accepting campers, we encourage early enrollment, as space is limited per age group. Enrollment is contingent on receipt of a signed Enrollment Form, full payment of a deposit plus any other outstanding money/fees, and a Director’s approval. Registration is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Enrollment Form. Upon acceptance you will receive a confirmation email.
