The Fernwood Cove experience is supplemented by our weekly Alternative Day.  The day begins with Lazy Breakfast, where campers, CITs, and staff enjoy special breakfast options while wearing their pajamas. After Flag Raising the camp community comes together for our weekly Services.  Services are led by Fernwood Cove’s oldest age groups who choose non-denominational, ethical topics to discuss.  Following Services bunk families enjoy Outdoor Bunk Time, where counselors and CITs lead fun outdoor activities for campers.  Our highly anticipated special events occur after lunch and rest hour.  These events are organized and led by our oldest campers, with our Senior Campers leading Senior Surprise and Color War, and our 7th Grade Campers organizing our Carnival.  Burgers by the barbecue wrap-up the afternoon festivities and refuel everyone for exciting evening program options like our Green & White Dance Party or Talent Show.
