Welcome Fernwood Cove Staff Applicants!!
We request that the staff have completed at least one year of college/university studies and be turning 19 within the current year.
This chart will let you know exactly what forms you will need to fill out in order to go though the Staff Hiring Process with Fernwood Cove. All forms are connected to your staff account. This is just a list to check on what you need.

Fernwood Cove hires for the following positions: All Fernwood Cove waterfront activity staff must have current American Red Cross certifications in Lifeguard Training, First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Fernwood Cove offers an American Red Cross Lifeguard Training course (this includes both First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer) course prior to camp starting. Taking our class or one at home is a must. We encourage US staff to take a class at
